He was married to Mary Ann Powers on 4 Apr. 1843. His occupation is listed as butcher, a profession that was incorrectly attributed to Dave Williams, on a page in his CMSR. Bascom Stoll died on 8 Mar. 1890 and is buried in Cave Hill Cemetery.
