Pension File Information

Pension File: Pension File
Pensioners:    Lucinda Price

Pensioner County:  Jefferson Pensioner State: KY
Number of Pages:
61
Pension Notes:

There is a great deal of conflicting information in the widow pension file particularly as to the legitimacy of the union between Horace and Lucinda. Several witness statements indicate they were never married. The other major point of contention has to do with the minor pension claims; only one minor child is named in the widow’s pension application, but there are three other children who assert they should have received minor pension benefits based on their separate relationships with Horace Crutcher and Lucinda Price.
