Pension Notes:
Nathan Hagan’s father, Isaac Lee, applied for pension benefits and was approved. Isaac Lee was also a witness for Sylla Hagan, mother of USCT soldier Orl Hagan, when she applied for a pension. This suggests a connection of some kind between Nathan and Orl, who were both enslaved by Miles Hagan.
