Family Notes:

“Miranda” Spears’s will (July 23, 1894) stipulated that “I give this money to my youngest children because a large part of it was given me in pension money by the U. S. Government for their support.” Her children were named in the will. The will was probated in the Jefferson County, Kentucky court, on July 30, 1894.
